In a recent teaser for the mid-season finale of Keeping up with the Kardashians, Kim is seen receiving the exciting news during a doctor’s appointment. Afterwards, she is seen revealing the news to her sister, Khloe. “I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!”, an excited Kim told Khloe.
