Elizabeth Omowunmi Tekovi Da-Silva is a popular and talented Nigerian Nollywood actress and film producer.
She was born on June 10, 1978, in Obalende, Lagos, to Togolese parents.
Liz is a household name in the Yoruba movie industry.
Education
Liz attended Pelade Nursery and Primary Schools in Lagos State for her elementary education before proceeding to Ireti Grammar School for her secondary education.
She then proceeded to Lagos State University, where she bagged a bachelor’s degree.
Career
Liz had her breakthrough into Yoruba Nollywood in 2014 through the help of Iyabo Ojo.
She rose to prominence in the Yoruba film industry after appearing in two Yoruba films, “Wakati Meta” and “Omidan” in which she played a leading role.
She is a highly skilled Nollywood actress who can play any role given to her. She is also well known for her portrayal of cinematic roles.
Liz Da-Silva is also a movie producer who has produced several Yoruba films in addition to acting.
In 2012, she produced the hit film “Mama Insurance,” which included renowned Yoruba actors and actresses like Iyabo Ojo, Ronke Ojo, Lanre Hassan, Ayo Mogaji, and Doris Simon.
Marriage
