Biography
Kogbagidi, real name – Olasunkanmi Quadri Taoreed, is a well-known Nigerian show promoter who has worked with a number of celebrities, including D’Banj, Davido, Dammy Krane, Zlatan Ibile, and many more. He is regarded as a big shot in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
He was born on the 2nd of June in the late 80s into the Kinyun Royal Family in Lagos.
Aside from being a show promoter, Kogbagidi is also an entrepreneur who owns several VVIP bars and lounges in Lagos state.
Education
Kogbagidi had his elementary education at K.Kotun memorial school, Bode-Thomas, Surulere, before proceeding to the Federal Govt College and Star-Light College Orile Igammu for his secondary school education.
He then headed to Lagos State University LASU, Ojo, where he bagged a bachelor’s degree in International relations Personnel Management (IRPM).
Career
Kogbagidi has worked in the entertainment industry for more than ten years, but he first entered the field as a member of the ticket staff for the popular comedian Basketmouth’s A Night of a Thousand Laughs event at Fantasy Land.
The Lagos-born promoter started developing the necessary skills while attending LASU. He formed a group called Team KGB, which stands for Team Kogbagidi, which would later change its name to Kogbagidi Entertainment and become a legally recognized business around 2011.
In addition to promoting shows, Kogbagidi also oversees mentorship initiatives, business growth, advisory and management, tours and travel, and investment, among other things.
Marriage
Kogbagidi is married, and his marriage is blessed with a daughter, Raliat.

Controversy
After trending artist Portable accused well-known dancer Poco Lee of allegedly stealing his money, Kogbagidi made headlines by ejecting the latter from his hotel room.
According to reports, Kogbagidi has been paying Portable’s bills and taking him to events where he has met people like Wizkid and Tiwa Savage.
Portable later apologized, and the issue was resolved.
