‘Toxic wounded FC’: Nigerian producer ‘Samklef’ tackles Wizkid, Davido, Burnaboy fans

Nigerian-born producer and singer Samuel Oguachuba, stage name ‘Samklef’ has dubbed Wizkid and Burna boy fans “Toxic FC”, following the negative reactions as a result of calling out Banky W and Wizkid for his royalties from Wizkid’s debut album ‘Superstar’.

Samklef took to his verified twitter account on Saturday, April 30, 2022 to advise Wizkid’s fans against insulting and disrespecting him. He explained that insulting him is akin to insulting Wizkid himself, because he was the foundation for Wizkid.

His tweets read “Dear WiZkid Fc insulting me is like insulting WiZkid o! Na on top my foundation he use stand. So think b4 u do. Do ur research. I come in peace o! No violence o! 12 years of disrespecting the man that created the afrobeats template ur favorite stands on today.

“None of u dey there for inside studio when I Dey ley the foundation..Pls don’t be toxic o!! My mouth no good o! Be warned. I know most of u don’t have respect for producers back home. The game is changing this year. Producers will rise this year.

My work is the one the best album out of Nigeria. The birth of ur favorite. Don’t disrespect me. U won’t like it. Make a u turn Fc.”

Finally addressing Wizkid FC, Davido and Burna Boy fans, he called them toxic and wounded fans because rather than support their favourite artiste, they’d attack other artistes.

The tweets read “Don’t play with me… Una no fit even support una favorite artist. Make him blow like fire boy. Omah lay…. Na to dey attack. Davido fans and Burnboy fans. Jobless toxic Fc fans… Monday 5pm. I believe the world can now see how toxic u all are. Wounded Fc. Allow others to celebrate their wins.” sic
