Bandits hold on to one as total released Bethel students now 120
Bandits who kidnapped several students of Bethel Baptist High School, Damishi, Kaduna state have released another two.
NewsWireNGR recalls that the bandits had on July 5, 2021, stormed the school and kidnapped 121 students.
Confirming the release of two more students, the Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria, Kaduna State, Rev. John Hayab in a statement made available to newsmen said; “With the release of these two students, a total of 120 students have regained their freedom so far and only one student is still with the bandits”.
According to him, one student was freed on December 28, 2021, and another one who was freed on January 1.
