Tinubu Is Hale And Hearty – APC

The rumours that APC leader, Alhaji Ahmed Tinubu suffered a stroke and paralysis has been debunked by the party; the deputy chairman of the APC in Lagos state, Mr James Odumbaku made the clarification while addressing a large number of supporters at Agidingbi..

He told the party supporters to disregard reports on the health condition of the national leader, noting that Tinubu did not suffer stroke or paralysis as speculated on the social media.

While denying rumours of his defection to the PDP, he said “ I remains loyal and committed to the APC. I am indeed a member of the party. There is no plan to quit the party as some people speculated.”
He, said his absence from the party was “to tackle health conditions in particular.

“Some months ago, I was not in good health and had to take time off. I am back now, healthy and fit enough to face the forthcoming politically busy and interesting months.

“I know there have been a lot of rumours flying round. I wish to reiterate the fact that today I am a member of our great party and still remain the deputy state chairman of APC Lagos state”.

On Tinubu’s state of health, he said “I would also like you to know that I spent the last two days with our indefatigable and revered leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the Jagaban of Africa in London. He is hale and hearty and also very fit”.
