Xavi Announces Retirement From International Football

Barcelona midfield-general, Xavi Hernandez has shocked the footballing world by announcing his retirement from international football at a press conference. He will no longer feature for the Spanish national team henceforth.

He last featured for Spain at the Brazil 2014 world cup where they endured a terrible outing which did not last beyond the group stage.
