Governor Sani wants to unite the people of Kaduna and begin a genuine reconciliation with people of Southern Kaduna

Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State has reiterated his commitment to fostering genuine reconciliation with the people from the southern part of the state.

Speaking at the Southern Kaduna Christian Leaders Association Pastor’s Congress, the governor’s representative, Rev. Ishaya Jangado, emphasized the government’s determination to rectify past mistakes for the progress and development of the state.

Governor Sani called upon the Christian community in the region to unite and support the current administration’s goal of inclusive governance.

Apostle Emmanuel Kure, Chairman of the Southern Kaduna Christian Leaders Association, praised the governor’s efforts in promoting unity and assured the association’s support for initiatives that promote peaceful religious coexistence.

The meeting also addressed the importance of focusing on spreading the gospel rather than denominational differences. Additionally, the pastors expressed their condolences to the family of the late Gen. Yakubu Kure and prayed for strength during this difficult time.

The pastors also passed a vote of confidence on the association’s leadership, recognizing their efforts in improving the image of the Church in Southern Kaduna.
