Opposition senators-elect and House of Representatives members-elect expected at the meeting are those of the Peoples Democratic Party, the Labour Party, and the New Nigeria Peoples Party, among others.

The meeting would hold separately at the State House in Abuja between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
