As Nigerians go to cast their presidential and National Assembly elections across the country, every eligible Nigerian is expected to participate in the exercise and cast their vote.

The presidential election is set to take place on February 25th, while the governorship and state assembly elections are scheduled for March 11th.

Voters need to note the start time, which is 8:30 am and bring their Permanent Voter Cards for accreditation using the Bi-modal Voter Accreditation System.

All eligible voters must confirm that their names are on the voters’ register at their respective polling units and undergo authentication on the BVAS through either facial recognition or fingerprints.

Voters should ensure their thumbprint does not spill beyond the space provided for their party logo on the ballot paper.

Ensure the ballot paper given is not used. Make sure it is a new one
