2023: Court bars INEC from using MC Oluomo for distributing election materials

The Federal High Court, Lagos, has barred the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, from engaging the chairman of the Lagos Parks and Garages, Musliu Akinsanya, better known as MC Oluomo to distribute election materials.

This is following a suit by the Labour Party, LP.

The ruling was delivered by Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke.
