Modupe Olusola is a Nigerian business executive and  Managing Director/CEO of Transcorp Hotels. 

Before becoming Transcorp Hotels’ CEO, she was the Group Head of Marketing of UBA Group.

Modupe is the wife of the popular motivational speaker and life coach Lanre Olusola(The Catalyst)

Education

Dupe attended Queens College, Lagos, for her GCE O-levels before proceeding to the University of Leicester, United Kingdom, for a degree in economics.

Later, she headed to the University of Kent, where she obtained a Master (MSc) in Development Economics.

Additionally, she has certifications in Prince 2, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Investor Management (all from the UK).

Career

As the SME Manager for African Capital Alliance, Dupe started her professional path in 2002. In January 2010, she was appointed Director of Resources at Transcorp Nigeria Plc after moving to the investor relations division of the UBA group in 2008.

She was appointed chief executive officer and managing director of Transcorp – Teragro Commodities Limited’s now-defunct Agribusiness division in 2014.

At United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc, she was appointed Group Head of Embassies, Multilaterals, and Development Organizations (EMDOs) and Global Investors Services (GIS) in 2016. She oversaw the group that provided multilateral development organizations and embassies operating in Africa with specialized finance solutions.

Later she was appointed Group Head, Marketing at UBA. She creates and implements the integrated strategy for all UBA Group Bank and Non-Bank Subsidiaries in this capacity. 

In 2020, Dupe was appointed as the CEO of Transcorp Hotels Plc.

Marriage

Dupe Olusola is married to the famous life coach and motivational speaker Lanre Olusola (The Catalyst), and they are blessed with two children.
