Sanwo-Olu’s Chief of Staff, Ayinde, loses 36-year-old wife

Tayo Ayinde, the Chief of State to Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Lagos state governor, has lost his wife, Princess Adedoyin Ayinde.

This was disclosed in a press statement signed by Olalekan Obasanya, on behalf of the family.

It noted that she lived died on Sunday at the age of 36 years old fulfilling life, “having impacted positively on the people during her lifetime”.

“Adedoyin’s heart desires was to see a world where every human being regardless of status, religion or gender is treated with love and affection.”

Mrs Adedoyin Ayinde (nee Ojora) was delivered of her second child in London, United Kingdom, months ago. She died hours after return to Lagos.

Ayinde, 58, married Doyin after his union with Titilola ended during the period the Sanwo-Olu governorship campaign started. The CoS was the Director-General.

In a press statement by Sanwo-Olu, where he commiserated with Ayinde over his “irreparable” loss, he noted Doyin died after a brief illness.

”On behalf of my family, my cabinet, the government and people of Lagos, I commiserate with my Chief of Staff, Mr Tayo Ayinde, on the demise of his beloved wife, Princess Adedoyin Ayinde,” Sanwo-Olu said.

”No doubt, the death of a loved one is usually a painful episode in our lives because it is irreparable, but we must always take solace in God for a good life spent by the deceased person.
