“Myself and my sister were to be on the attacked train” – Nigerian Actress, Rahama Sadau blast Arewa after terrorists attack

Nigerian Actress, Rahama Sadau has reacted to the terrorists attack that left scores killed and injured in Abuja – Kaduna bound train.

The actress took to late Tuesday on social microblogging site twitter where she expressed displeasure at the level of insecurity under the President Muhammadu Buhari Government across the North.

She wrote, “Myself and my sister were to be on the attacked train last night but we missed it. WE MISSED IT!!”, she continued “it could’ve been me & mine but it’s actually Us… We had friends & family in that train”.

Sadau wondered when will the killings and terrorist attacks across Northern Nigeria stop?, “WHEN IS THIS EVER GONNA STOP??? #KadunaTrainAttack“.

She however added that, the attacks can only be heightened as Nigerians head to the 2023 general elections, “It can only get worse as the elections is fast approaching & the target will always be Arewa… I would say get your PVC and vote wisely but VOTE FOR WHO? same set of people ???” Still get that PVC PLEASE!!!

The Kannywood Actress blamed the North, “We (AREWA) brought this h*ll upon ourselves, we chose to be suppressed because we are scared. But also failed to realized that the power is actually in our hands… We don’t want to shamefully admit that our leaders have failed us but THEY HAVE!!!”.

“Today, With the amount of security personnel at MKO Abiola Stadium, I Came to realized that Nigeria is capable of doing whatever it feels like but “they” just chose to ignore the killings, the whole goddamn security sector.”

In the meantime, the Kaduna State Government on Tuesday said it has obtained a detailed passenger manifest for the Abuja-Kaduna train which was attacked by terrorists on Monday.

“According to the documents received, 398 passengers bought tickets for the trip, but 362 were validated as having boarded the train through the recognized turnstile,” a statement signed by the State Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, said.

“The passenger manifest does not include NRC staff and security officials who were on board.”

According to the state government, eight bodies were recovered and 26 persons were injured during the attack.

“Investigations are still ongoing to ascertain the status of the passengers who were on board the train and remain unaccounted for at the time of this update. Search operations are also being sustained.

“Citizens are requested to contact the Kaduna State Emergency Management Agency on the phone line 09088923398, to make enquiries or provide information regarding passengers who were on board the Abuja-Kaduna train AK9.”
