10 popular musicians who own a fashion line 

Kanye West 

Born Kanye West, American rapper, record producer, and fashion designer ‘Ye’, launched his fashion outfit ’Yeezy’ in 2006. 

The brand is known for its collaboration and sneakers designs, it also has a clothing line for women, men, and children.

Rihanna

Robyn Rihanna Fenty, Known mostly for her unique style of music, and her now famous cosmetic brand, Rihanna’s money making tentacles have stretched to fashion as well. 

Her Co-owned Savage x Fenton Lingerie brand was launched in May of 2018. The singer reportedly holds an estimated stake of 30% in the company. 

Young Thug

Young Thug is an American rapper and singer whose real name is Jeffery Lamar Williams. He is known for his eccentric vocals as well as having an eccentric sense of style. 

In 2019, the rapper launched his fashion line, ‘Spider Worldwide’. 

Victoria Beckham

Victoria Caroline Beckham is a singer -former member of the defunct girl group ‘Spice Girls’- fashion designer, and wife to English former professional footballer ‘David Beckham’

Her fashion company which bears the same name as hers, was launched in 2008 with a womenswear line initially, and eventually grew to add cosmetics. 

Diddy

Formerly P Diddy, American rapper and record producer with real name ‘Sean John Combs’ owns his own fashion lifestyle company ‘Sean John’. 

He launched this in 1998 and later sold it to ‘Global Brands Group’, a Hong Kong-based company that owned 90 percent of Sean John, till Diddy re-acquired it for $7.5 Million in 2021.

Madonna

American singer Madonna Louise Ciccone, who is often referred to as the ‘Queen of Pop’, teamed up with her 13 year-old daughter ‘Lourdes’ to design the 1980s inspired clothing line called Material Girl. 

The beans borrows from the pop star’s punk-girl style when she rose to fame in the 80s and earned the alternative name, material girl. It was launched in August of 2010.

Beyoncé

Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter is an American singer-songwriter and actress who has a very successful music career. She is known for her energetic and explosive live performances. As well as her vocals that always come through whenever she opens her mouth. 

She launched her Ivy Park sports line wear in collaboration with adidas in 2019. 

Gwen Stefani

Gwen Renée Stefani is an American singer and songwriter. The lead vocalist of the rock band No Doubt, made her fashion runway debut in 2004, with her L.A.M.B line. 

The line which launched in 2003 manufactures apparels and fashion accessories. 

Pharrell Williams

American Rapper, singer and record producer Pharrell Lanscilo Williams, also has a trendsetting sense of style. 

In 2005, the Grammy award-winning producer and singer launched the streetwear brands Billionaire Boys Club and Icecream in 2005. He holds a 50% stake in the company today. 

Jessica Simpson

American singer, actress, and fashion designer Jessica Ann Johnson, owns an eponymous fashion line which she founded in 2005. 

She later sold it to Sequential Brands Group in 2015, but reclaimed full ownership of the brand in 2021.
