Miley Cyrus recounts her terrible marriage at a Brazil concert  

American singer, songwriter, and actress, Miley Tay Cyrus, stage name Miley Cyrus, has revealed her marriage to Liam Hemsworth was a “disaster”. 

The singer, while performing at the Lollapalooza Brazil festival in São Paulo, Brazil on March 26, 2022, brought up a couple to help with their proposal. 

While speaking, she said to them “Honey, I hope your marriage goes better than mine,” and after congratulating the pair, she quipped “mine was a f–king disaster.”

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth got engaged in 2012, some years after they got closer over filming the 2010 romantic drama “The Last Song”. 

They parted ways in September of 2013, and later reconciled in 2015. The long-lost co-stars tied the knot in December 2018, but announced their split in August 2019, finalizing the divorce the next year, January 2020. 

Miley Cyrus has been open about the early stages of her relationship with Liam, even revealing she lost her virginity to him at the age of 16. 

“I didn’t go all the way with a dude until I was 16, but I ended up marrying the guy,” she said on an episode of Barstool sports in 2020.
