‘We’ll find out in nine months’, Seyi Shay reacts to pregnancy rumour
Nigerian singer and songwriter, Oluwaseyi Joshua, stage name Seyi Shay has reacted to a pregnancy rumour sparked by a video she posted in December, 2021.
The singer in an interview with Beat FM on Tuesday, when asked if the rumour is true responded saying; “I don’t know. We’ll find out in nine months.”
Seyi Shay also flaunted her engagement ring during the interview while opening up about her love life.
When asked about the ring, she said, “Some guy gave it to me and said, ‘hey, would you marry me?’”
Keeping mum on the identity of her lover, she said; “This is diamond, baby. Real diamond, honey. Diamonds are forever.”
When she was asked if her engagement was responsible for her new glow, the singer said, “Not really. I had already evolved. I was already glowing before I met the guy. So he just added to the glow. If there was no ribbon on the package, I would not have said yes.”
