Peruzzi accused of ghosting a show after payment
A Twitter user with username @charliepumppin has accused Nigerian singer Tobechukwu Victor Okoh, stage name Peruzzi, of not showing up to a show he (Peruzzi) was paid for.
According to the tweets from the organizer who claimed to have paid the singer, Peruzzi was paid 4.5 million Naira without signing a contract.
He also alleged that Peruzzi recorded a confirmation video where he said he will be present at the show in Enugu, on December 29, 2021.
He wrote “Dear @Peruzzi we paid you for a show at Ikpamodo 29th Dec in Enugu Ezike, Enugu state. You no turn up & U never return our money.”
“You said you had flu that’s why, but 30th you were at Cubana Enugu. Biko Return Our Money In Peace ?. Thank You”
“4.5 million wan paid in full. We took care of hotels and logistics.”
