Paybac teases new rap single ‘The Story Of Hushpuppi’

Fast rising indie rap veteran, Paybac Iboro has shared a snippet of his upcoming single and a clip of its accompanying music video to his anticipated new track; The Story Of Hushpuppi.

According to Paybac, the song was written after the Instagram celebrity was arrested last year for fraud, money laundering and email scams.

Hushpuppi has been indicted and plead guilty to the crimes and is currently facing up to 20 years in a US federal prison.

Paybac’s ‘The Story of Hushpuppi’ scheduled to be released on August 2nd, is the first single off his upcoming West African Goat Album.

The indie rap veteran, officially broke into the rap scene when he dropped his debut solo album, ‘The Biggest Tree’, in 2018.

He’s been busy since then, dropping ‘Autopilot’, a joint EP with producer, Charlie X, and reuniting with Boogey for a second joint album, the excellent ‘Alternate Ending’.

In 2020, he released ‘CULT!’, a solo project that earned him a Headies nomination.

The upcoming West African Goat album when it drops, will be his third solo album.
