Supreme Court affirms virtual court hearing

The supreme court has struck out the suit challenging the constitutionality of virtual court hearing filed by the attorney-general of Lagos state.

In the matter that had the attorney-general of the federation and the national assembly as defendants, the panel of justices of the apex court said the suit is based on speculation and has no valid cause of action.
