Just In: National working committee of the APC has been dissolved

The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has been dissolved, the decision has just been taken at the ongoing Party’s National Executive Committee Meeting.

The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the ruling party, the APC had early Thursday commenced a meeting at the State House, Abuja. President Buhari, VP Osinbajo, Governors and members of the National Working Committee (NWC) of the Party and other members of the NEC are in attendance.

Governor of Yobe State, H.E Mai Mala Buni has just been appointed as the chairman, All Progressives Congress (APC)’s caretaker committee and extraordinary national convention according to Bashir Ahmad, social media aide.

Following the recommendation of President Muhammadu Buhari, the National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been dissolved. Details to come…

The first virtual National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has commenced. The meeting, being anchored at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, is being attended by President Muhammadu Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Senate President Ahmed Lawan, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, 15 governors, as well as some national and state party executive members, who are NEC members.
