President Muhammadu Buhari’s Son, Yusuf Buhari is currently unconscious at Cedarcrest Hospital Apo Abuja after a ghastly accident racing along with his friends at Gwarimpa Housing Estate.
A Source at the Hospital tells NewsWireNGR that “Yusuf is currently unconscious and will likely be flown out of Nigeria tonight after the Doctors stabilise him but right now he needs to be stabilised before he can be flown out.
“Yusuf, attended the Birthday Ceremony of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara last night but left before the close of the party to Join his friends for the group racing”, our source who does not want his name mentioned tells NewsWireNGR.

“Yusuf was trying to overtake his friend when he suddenly veered off the road and skidded. He lay there unconscious for a while before the first lady was alerted,” a family source who preferred anonymity tells another platform, Nigerian Daily.
But Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant to President Buhari in a statement issued said “Yusuf Buhari had a bike accident last night around Gwarimpa in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja”.
According to Mr Shehu, the President’s son broke a limb and had an injury to the head as a result. He has undergone surgery at a clinic in Abuja. He is in a stable condition.
“The President and his wife, Mrs Aisha Muhammadu Buhari, are thankful to Nigerians for the good wishes and prayers for their son.” the statement concluded.
