Jonathan Tells Tanzanian Election Losers To Concede Defeat As Fmr. President Takes Over The Front Pages In Dar es Salaam

The BBC’s Ruth Nesoba reports how people huddled around the news stands in Tanzania’s main city Dar es Salaam this morning to get the latest on the countdown to Sunday’s election.

And the man that obviously takes over the front pages of the Tanzanian media is Nigeria’s former President, Goodluck Jonathan who is in the country as head of the Commonwealth election observer mission in Tanzania.

And one of the stories offers advice on how the loser should behave:

The advice to promptly concede defeat comes from Nigeria’s former President Goodluck Jonathan who did the same earlier this year, rejecting appeals from some of his allies to challenge opposition leader Muhammadu Buhari’s victory.
