Nigerian singer, Davido is definitely having a great year; nomination here, nomination there and several awards to go with it. The Omo Baba Olowo has now been announced as a nominee for this year’s Soul Train Awards and he is the only African on the complete list of nominees.
Wondering which category he was nominated in? Yea, he has been nominated in the Best International Performance category and will be challenging the likes of Shaggy, Ziggy Marley, Sam Smith, Nico & Vinz and Machel Montano for that award.
The award proper takes place on the 30th of November and will be hosted by media personality, Wendy Williams.
