Richards Set For Fiorentina Switch

Manchester City FC right back, Micah Richards has landed in Florence, Italy ahead of a transfer deadline day move to Serie A giants, Fiorentina. He is expected to undergo medicals and agree personal terms before the transfer window is shut.

Reports have it that he is joining the Italian side on loan but the deal may be made permanent next summer. Despite being City’s longest serving player, Richards has been left in the wilderness for some time now due to the amazing form of Argentine, Pablo Zabaleta and now, the arrival of Bacary Sagna from Arsenal this summer.
