Victory Over Morocco: Jonathan Congratulates Super Eagles Of Nigeria

President Goodluck Jonathan congratulates the Super Eagles on their exhilarating come-back victory over Morocco this evening in Cape Town.

In a statement by the Presidential Spokesman, Dr Reuben Abati said the President applauds the indomitable spirit with which the Super Eagles fought back from being 3 goals down to snatch victory.

The President commends the patriotism, determination and dedication to national service exhibited by the Super Eagles to other Nigerians.

President Jonathan urges the team to maintain their exemplary commitment to national duty until ultimate victory is achieved.

He however assures the team and its handlers they’ll continue to receive the fullest possible support from all Nigerians.

He joins all other patriotic and proud Nigerians in praying for the success of the team in the semi-finals and finals of the tournament.
