Aisha Aliyu, has allegedly killed her husband, Idris Ahmadu over a disagreement over sex in Niger State

Aisha Aliyu, a young woman of 19 years old, has been accused of murdering her husband, Idris Ahmadu, following a dispute over sexual matters in Nasarawa Village, Lapai Local Government Area of Niger State.

The couple had only been married for two months when the tragic incident occurred in the early hours of Monday. According to a source from the village, the argument escalated, leading Aisha to grab a kitchen knife and stab Ahmadu in the neck.

She continued to attack him, inflicting multiple stab wounds until he collapsed. Upon hearing Ahmadu’s cries for help, neighbors rushed to the scene and found him lying in a pool of blood.

They immediately transported him to a nearby community hospital in Lapai, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries before reaching the medical facility. The doctors at the hospital confirmed his death upon arrival.

Aisha was reportedly seen in the village after the incident, but the state Police Public Relations Officer, Wasiu Abiodun, revealed that she is currently on the run. Abiodun confirmed the incident via SMS and stated that the investigation is ongoing.
