Nigerian singer and producer, Runtown, real name, Douglas Jack Agu was born on August 19, 1989, in Enugu.

He grew up partly in Abuja and Lagos, where he finished his primary education. After his father’s death, he moved to Abuja with his mother, who was working in the Ministry of Health.

Career: In 2008, he partnered with Phyno to form a record label called Penthauz during which he released his first two singles: “Party Like It’s 1980” and “Activity Pikin”. He became a famous face in the industry after dropping his debut single, Gallardo, featuring Davido.
Relationship: Runtown is in a relationship with Selena Leath whom he met in 2015. Selena is a model and actress, and has appeared in several musical videos. Together, they have a son, Zamar. He also has a cub (white lion) as a pet.
Education: After completing his secondary school education in Abuja, Runtown attended St. Augustine’s seminary Ezzamgbo. He then later travelled to New York City in the United States of America where he studied Fashion Management at a fashion school in New York City the United States of America.
Net worth: Runtown is not only a musician, but also an investor in a number of Nigerian small businesses. This enables him to make a sufficient amount of money to support his opulent way of living.
