How to check if your company is among those delisted by CAC (See List)

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has commenced the striking off of companies from its register over failure to file annual returns.

CAC, in a statement signed by its management on Monday, notified the public about the development.

It stated; “The General Public is advised that it shall be unlawful for any company struck off the Register to carry on business unless it is first restored to the Register by an order of the Federal High Court.
