Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has appointed thirty new aides and Chinedu Ekeke named as deputy chief of staff, he is also Senior Special Assistant on Sports and Youth Development.
Amongst those appointed are former Super Eagles captain, Nwankwo Kanu and a former director of corporate communication of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Mr. Ugochukwu Okoroafor.
The governor disclosed this in a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Kazie Uko. The statement stated that the appointments take immediate effect.
The appointees and their positions are detailed below.
