Nigeria’s social media space is occupied this weekend (May 11 – May 14) with series of activities, both inspiring and surprising.
A Nigerian chef, Hilda Baci, is attempting to break the Guinness World Record for the time spent cooking by an individual.
She has garnered lots of support from Nigerians cheering her on, as she planned to cook from May 11 to May 14, 2023.
The World Record is 87 hours, 45 minutes.
In another news, Seun Kuti, son of music legend, Fela Kuti, was seen in a viral video assaulting a police officer.

The action was condemned by the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba, CFR who also ordered the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command to arrest the afrobeat singer.
