Report: Davido’s Banana Island House, where his son Ifeanyi drowned up for rent at $150,000 annually

Famous Nigerian singer and songwriter, Davido, has reportedly put his luxurious Banana Island house up for rent following the tragic death of his son, Ifeanyi.

According to multiple sources, the place is available for rent at $150,000 annually.

The singer had purchased the house and resided with his family before the unfortunate incident.

Ifeanyi, who was only a year old, drowned in the house pool in November 2022. Davido had taken a break from social media in the wake of the tragedy and had since been spending time with family and friends.

It still needs to be made clear if Davido and his family will be moving out of the house permanently or if they will be relocating to a different property.

However, deciding to rent out the house may be a step towards recovering from the heartbreaking loss.
