Atiku beefs up campaign team, appoints 44 additional advisers ahead of elections

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Presidential Campaign Organization has appointed a former director-general of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, FRCN, Ladan Salihu, as campaign media adviser.

Also appointed are Bashir Gentile, an ace publicist and former aide of the President of the Senate Ahmad Lawan as deputy director, Public Affairs (North).

The appointments of the 44 advisers, deputy directors, assistant directors, among others in contained in a statement issued Monday and signed by the director-general of the PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation and governor of Sokoto State, Aminu Tambuwal.

NEW APPOINTMENTS INTO THE PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN ORGANIZATION

The Leadership of the Presidential Campaign Organization (PCO) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has approved the appointment of the following into their respective offices. These appointments are with immediate effects.
