An Angolan businesswoman, Mya Jesus, has slammed critics who claim she got married to an older man after only a few days of dating because of his wealth.
She issued the rebuke via her Twitter handle on Thursday.
Mya Jesus had shared pictures of herself and her older lover on her Instagram page on Wednesday saying, “ “I said yes ?. On the 28/11/2022 I said yes to my best friend, my love, and true soulmate (after almost a month of talking and few days of dating) ?”
Users on social media linked her decision to marry an older man only a few days after dating him to his financial capacity.
Responding to critics on Thursday, Mya Jesus said, “Why are people only putting emphasis on his financial status? Besides being a complete gentleman, my man looks absolutely amazing. Y’all can have the iced out boys.”
