2023: Tinubu promises adequate electricity supply; end of estimated billing

The 2023 presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, said Nigerians would not pay estimated electricity bills when he becomes president.

Tinubu promised Nigerians would have adequate electricity when he becomes president, but they would not pay estimated billing.

He disclosed this during his luncheon with business owners in Lagos yesterday.

The APC candidate also said Nigerians would not have to experience the challenge of multiple foreign exchange rates if elected president.

“By all means, you must have electricity. And you won’t pay for estimated billing anymore.

“When I become president, multiple exchange rates will go away. Write it down.

“My discussion today is to inspire so that the promise of today can be a reality tomorrow. We promise you, we will bring prosperity to Nigeria,” he said.
