Ireti Osayemi-Bakare is a Yoruba Nollywood actress and a TV personality. 

She was born on January 14, 1982, in Liberia. Her parent moved back to Nigeria during the Liberian civil war.

Ireti is known for her professional script interpretation when taking up film roles.

Ireti Osayemi had her secondary education at Ajumoni Secondary School before heading to Lagos State University in Ojo, Lagos, for a degree in economics.

Ireti Osayemi began her professional acting career in Nollywood in 1999 when she debuted in “Cassanova.”

She has grown to be one of the household faces in the Yoruba Nollywood industry. She has appeared in both Yoruba and English films and has worked with actors such as Odunlade Adekola, Funke Akindele, and Eniola Badmus.
