‘Is this a joke?’ — Reactions as BBNaija star, Rico Swavey dies days after accident
Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) ex-housemate, Patrick Fakoya, a.k.a Rico Swavey’s death has been confirmed by his former colleagues.
Alex and Tobi Bakare in separate posts expressed their sadness at the news.
On her part, Alex tweeted; “This is not what we agreed Rico. Rest in peace.”
Tobi shared a picture of himself and Rico, with the caption: “This is how I will remember you brother.”
Rico Swavey in Big Brother house
Rico Swavey spent 10 weeks in the Big Brother House in 2018 before he was evicted.
In his eviction speech, he said; “I was being me all through my 10 weeks in the house. I did me, and me has brought me this far. I liked Ahneeka, but Angel took her away, now am out, I still liked Ahneeka”.
Rico during the competition was nominated for eviction by Alex and Anto.
How did Rico Swavey die?
There is no report of Rico Swavey being killed by any disease. Meanwhile, Alex had in an earlier tweet informed: “he was involved in a ghastly accident” and the “doctors are still trying to resuscitate him as I just left the hospital. It’s really critical.”
