2023: ‘Shut up’, Tinubu tells Nigerians demanding change of government
Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the 2023 presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has told Nigerians clamouring for another party aside from the APC to win the Aso Rock sit.
The former governor of Lagos state said this in a viral video where he was addressing women supporters.
In the video, Tinubu said; “If they say they want a change of government, just tell them, we like to be polite, but shut up your mouth”.
The statement, however, did not sit well with some Nigerians supporting the opposition parties.

@OjiUgo_nwa: “I’m more annoyed that so many educated people are in that crowd cheering him on. Very shameful thing”.
