‘Can never be Portable’: Nigerians react to Naira Marley, Mohbad brouhaha

Nigerians have reacted to the brouhaha between Marlian Music record label owner, Naira Marley and one of hos artistes, Mohbad.

NewsWireNGR reports Mohbad alleged he was assaulted by members of his record label for requesting a change of management.

“Just because I want to change my manager which is their brother, see what they did to me at Marlian House,” he posted on Twitter.

He shared a video where he was wearing a white singlet and a wound could be seen on his shoulder.

Reacting to the claim, Naira Marley said; “Obviously, he (Mohbad) is not in his right sense. It is obvious he is not in the right state of mind. Because why will I touch Mohbad or allow anyone to touch Mohbad?,” he said.

Also on his Twitter handle, Naira Marley wrote, “Mohbad has a history of getting intoxicated which affects his emotions and actions. #ImNotPerfect. However, all issues would be resolved amicably within the record label.”

“I need my bro Mohbad to come on live so u guys can see I don’t have any reasons to lie on him,” he wrote in another tweet.

Meanwhile, Mohbad had in one of his tweets accompanied with a video said; “I’m not high oo cos that what Dey always say just to die down everything”.

Reacting to the brouhaha, Nigerians on Twitter claimed such can never happen controversial artiste, Portable, who is known for calling out his manager.
