Despite Nigeria’s economy and image worldwide, it still prides as one of the wealthiest country in Africa.

The most recent name that sprung from the list of billionaires is the UK-based real estate and oil and gas mogul, Kariboye-Igbo, Alafaa Anyanate.

Kariboye, according to a publication is listed among the Nigeria billionaire club of crazy rich Nigerians, making the list with other notable Nigerian billionaires like Otedola, Dangote, Abdul Samad Rabiu, and Arthur Eze, amongst others.

Alafaa famously known as’ Oil Money’ was born in River State, in the oil-rich region of Nigeria on May 21st, 1981.

From a very lowly beginning, he has been able to grow into a result-driven businessman with a distinct mindset to realize his dreams. Oil Money has developed into one of Africa’s most beautiful individuals and a young man with extensive connections that cross all social strata, all religious and ethnic backgrounds.

Additionally, because he is regarded as a man whose love for the less fortunate knows no bounds, his charitable activities have redefined humanitarian efforts among Nigeria’s wealthy.

He has also diversified into other sectors like real estate, oil and gas, auto dealership, and entertainment 

The UK-based business tycoon, who is also an expert in the music business, wants to dominate the global music industry by growing his record label, Oil Money Records and creating stars in the field.

Incorporated in Britain, the music record label, which commences operations in March 2021, was established to oversee the creation of songs, music, production of merchandise, creative marketing, and the distribution of intellectual properties.

Anjorin Jeye Joseph, better known by his stage name Jaydboy, was signed by Oil Money Records, which also announced plans to find more musical talent across the nation in order to produce timeless music.

According to the company, Jaydboy is a multi-talented artist with enormous potential who stands head and shoulders above many other musicians in the nation.

Alafaa has also established himself as a musician when he dropped his single titled ‘Who Dey Breath” in 2021 which featured  DJ YK Beat.

The 41-year-old billionaire runs an auto business, Best Car Sales Limited, based in 

Silton Street, Manchester, United Kingdom.

He amassed most of his wealth from the music business, auto deals, oil and gas, and real estate. His net worth has been reportedly estimated at $6.1 billion.

Alafaa has also established himself as a passionate giver by setting up the Oil Money Foundation in November 2020. The foundation has provided aid to vulnerable Nigerians and influenced them positively.

A passionate giver, he set up Oil Money Foundation in November 202o and, to date, the foundation has impacted positively on many poor Nigerians.
