Who is Tacha?

Tacha popularly known as Symply Tacha is a Nigerian online influencer, vlogger, businessperson, and a housemate in the 2019 edition of the popular reality show, BBNaija.

Born Anita Natacha Akide, she hails from Ijaw of Kalabari tribe, River State. She was born and brought up in Port Harcourt, River State. Sadly, she became an orphan when she was young.

Even though she was evicted from the BBNaija reality show in 2019, she received many gifts from her fans, including N50 million, which were given to her by Jaruma in dollar notes but was eventually retrieved.

Narrating what transpired with the money promise, Jaruma, the aphrodisiac seller said; “Tacha strategically chose Jaruma, and she told Jaruma to please help her because her only & biggest dream in life is to enter Big Brother Naija. Jaruma did her magic by the Grace of God, and Tacha got in. Jaruma had 800,000k followers, while Tacha had only 20k followers.”

“Jaruma spent N7, 000,000 on votes for Tacha. The money she told me to be sending to her boyfriend’s bank account!! Even when Mr Jollof also spoke against the excessive bullying of Tacha, Jaruma sent him another N1, 000,000 to encourage others to be kind. Unfortunately, Tacha got disqualified and buried in shame.

Symply Tacha was given birth on the 23rd of December, 1995. Hence, by the 23rd of December 2022, she would be 27 years old.

Education

Tacha always claims she is Port Harcourt’s First Daughter. Is she one? She had her primary, secondary and tertiary education in Port Harcourt, having attended the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in the English Language in the year 2016.

Relationship

Although there is no exact information about her boyfriend, rumours have it that she is dating King Ladi, who is unknown.

However, during her stay at the BBNaija House, she pointed out that she had a boyfriend who could not help her start a business due to a lack of finances and she decided to use social media more where she got a very supportive boyfriend. She affirmed that she does not intend to look somewhere else.
