WATCH as Two-storey building collapses in Lagos

An unidentified man sustained injuries in the wee hours of Wednesday while four families escaped by whiskers after a two-storey building collapsed in Lagos.

The incident occurred at 15. Oke Arin Street, off Shyllon, Ilupeju, around 12:40 am, barely two weeks after a church building under construction collapsed opposite Number 17, Cardoso Street off Martins Street, Mushin.

It was gathered the four families that occupied the Ilupeju building took their heels when they noticed crack sounds from the old building before it eventually collapsed.
