American singer, Travis Barker hospitalised after colonoscopy caused pancreatitis

American singer, Travis Landon Barker, was rushed to the hospital Tuesday morning without any disclosed reason.

Meanwhile, sources have disclosed to TMZ that Travis Barker is in the hospital because he has pancreatitis, and doctors believe it was triggered by a colonoscopy.

The drummer for the rock band Blink-182 hospitalization was a result of the condition — which is an inflammation of the pancreas — and includes symptoms like nausea, intense stomach pain and vomiting.

There is no report indicating when Travis precisely had the colonoscopy, but there are indications it was recent.

According to earlier reports, his spouse, Kourtney Kardashian took him to West Hills hospital, near their home, early Tuesday. From there, he was taken by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A., one of the best facilities in the country.
