1. Ekiti gov election: APC, PDP clash over vote-buying, Oni’s camp mulls legal action [Punch Newspaper]

The All Progressives Congress on Sunday took a swipe at the opposition Peoples Democratic Party over the result of Saturday’s governorship election in Ekiti State.

Alhaji Garba Abubakar, Registrar-General of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has urged registered companies to always file returns to the commission to avoid deregistration.

Abubakar, who gave the advice in an interview with newsmen in Abuja on Thursday, stressed that it was not enough that people register companies, they must equally file returns as required by law. Read more.
