Elon Musk’s Starlink gets approval in Nigeria
Starlink, a satellite internet constellation operated by SpaceX where Elon Musk is the CEO has gotten approval in Nigeria and Mozambique.
This was disclosed by Elon Musk, a co-founder of the popular payment platform, PayPal, in a tweet on Friday where he wrote; “Starlink approved by Nigeria & Mozambique”.
Starlink started launching in 2019. As of May 2022, Starlink consists of over 2,400 mass-produced small satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO), which communicate with designated ground transceivers.
