She made her debut in Nollywood in 1998 when she acted in “Most Wanted”. She was 19-year-old at the time.

Some of her evergreen movies include “Last Party,” “Mark of the Beast,” “Blood Sisters” and “Ijele”.

Gorgeous like her mother, Theodora Chimebuka Nnaji, got married in 2016 to her lover, Prince Osi Chigozie Ikediwa. She should be about 20-years-old at the time.

Rumour had it that they met in 2009 in Lagos (she’s predicted to be 13-year-old at the time).

Genevieve Award

She is the first actor to win the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role in 2005.

For her contribution to the Nollywood industry, in 2011, she was honoured as a Member of the Order of the Federal Republic by the Federal Government of Nigeria.

Her movie Lionheart (2018) is the first Netflix movie from Nigeria and also the first Nigerian submission for the Oscars. The Academy however disqualified it for having most of its dialogue in English.
