DStv and GOtv are the 2 digital TVs manufactured by a South African company known as MultiChoice.

Meaning of DStv and GOtv

DStv stands for “Digital Satellite Television“ while GOtv stands for “Get Out The Vote“ and it is used in Nigeria.

Difference between DStv and GOtv

DStv and GOtv have a slight difference and what differentiates them is the method used in sending their signals across the world.

Also, there’s a difference in the amount of the 2 digital TVs. Dstv costs more than Gotv, but both serve as a means of relaxation and enjoyment. Without subscribing, they can’t work – follow us as we discuss the ways to subscribe to your Dstv and GOtv online.

Technology has been a huge blessing to humanity because advancement in technology is what allows anybody to pay directly from bank app for the Dstv and GOtv subscriptions.

All you need to do is to ensure you have your bank mobile banking app, log in to the app, look for where Bill payments are, then click on cable tv payment provisions, select your plans and pay.

3. Using USSD Code

USSD code can also be used to recharge your DStv and GOtv. There are 2 steps in using the USSD code – the first step is to dial your local bank’s USSD code then follow the instructions. The second step is to dial *288# directly on your mobile phone then follow the instructions.
