Soulja Boy reveals he’s expecting a son with girlfriend  

American rapper and record producer DeAndre Cortez Way, stage name ‘Soulja Boy’ has revealed he is expecting a son. 

The rapper hosted a gender reveal party for his unborn child on March 19, 2022, and shared a video of the gender reveal of his on born child via his verified Instagram account on the same day. 

In the video, he smashes an egg that explodes and reveals blue smoke, notifying him he is having a son.

Soulja boy has done a good job keeping his love life out of the media. It is unclear how long he has been with the lady who he is having a son with, but her name is Jackie and she is a celebrity hairstylist. 

She has worked on hair for the likes of Brandy, Nikki Minaj, The Weeknd, French Montana, Jennifer Lopez, and Ty Dolla $ign.

In March 2007, Soulja Boy recorded his first hit single ‘Crank That’, which later peaked on the US Billboard 100 chart. He also earned a Grammy Nomination. 

His second Album ‘Bird Walk’ featured another hit song ‘Kiss Me thru the phone’ which peaked at number three in the Hot 100 chart.
