‘A Blessing and Curse’: Beverly Naya commends Nigerians’ resilience

British-born Nigerian actress, Beverly Naya, took to her Twitter account to note that Nigerians are resilient. 

She tweeted on March 17, 2022 and in her tweet, she reveals she is unsure if the resilient nature of Nigerians is a blessing or a curse. 

Her tweet reads “Yesterday was a very tough day for Nigerians, but today feels like any regular day.”

“I don’t know how we’re this resilient as a people, but it’s a blessing and most definitely a curse.”

Beverly began acting at the age of 17 and studied film-making at Roehampton University, London.

she later returned to Nigeria to ‘build a brand as well as shoot films more often and be given a more diverse amount of scripts.’

The actress has appeared in a number of projects including Tinsel, Cheif Daddy, The wedding party 1 & 2.
