‘Old man talking dust’: Actor Kanayo O. Kanayo dragged over s3x for role comment

Veteran Nollywood actor and lawyer, Kanayo O. Kanayo has been slammed on social media over a recent comment he made concerning s3x for role claims in the Nigerian movie industry, Nollywood.
The 58-year-old actor had urged Nigerians to disregard the s3x for role claims in Nollywood, saying most of the girls are not working hard to live up to the roles they are cast for.
According to him: “When you hear of sex for roles in Nollywood, please do not believe all you are told. Many of the girls are not working hard to live up to the roles they are cast for. Quite a shame”.
The social media post has however gathered some criticism.

Kanayo O. Kanoyo’s original name is Anayo Modestus Onyekwere. He was born March 1, 1962, in Mbaise, Imo State, Nigeria). In 2006 he won the African Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his performance in the movie “Family Battle”.
